My Food Temple is primarily focused on good food made easy and fast. Time is of the essence – but flavour is still King. This is the start of my food sanctuary filled with food dreams and recipes for decadence, deliciousness, and also for health and healing –striving for balance. But through it all I am always aiming to get maximum flavour into everything. Like many people with very limited time available, the rule around meals is that they need to be quick and easy to make. But at the same time, every meal has to be delicious, and lately, the plan is to also pack in as many nutrients as possible for many future recipes.
All this combined with the fact that losing weight and getting healthier is usually on the agenda, makes finding suitable recipes and eating plans an absolute headache. So as I travel along this food journey, I want to share what I discover and experience along the way including my own recipes, recipes I love, and information about food.
