NATURAL MINT SAUCE

Serves: Makes half a cup
Ingredients
  • A bunch of mint (the standard bunch sold at the stores)
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
Instructions
  1. Wash mint and tear off leaves
  2. Place leaves in a mini blender and blend
  3. Transfer leaves to a bowl
  4. Pour boiling water over mint leaves
  5. Let them soak for 10 minutes
  6. Add the white vinegar
  7. Stir and place into an air tight jar in fridge until serving time.
  8. Shake before serving.
Notes
This is fantastic with roast or slow cooked lamb.
