Golden Flax and Coconut Bliss Balls

Serves: 7-8
  • Virgin Coconut Oil x 2 tablespoons
  • Shredded Coconut x 3 tablespoons (preservative free)
  • Golden Flax Flakes x 4 tablespoons
  • Almond Meal x 2.5 tablespoons
  • Fresh Dates x 6
  • Brown Sugar ( 2 teaspoons - or you can replace with extra dates)
  • Extra shredded coconut to roll balls in
  1. Pit (remove pip) and finely chop the dates
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined (use a spoon to flatten and combine or fingers)
  3. Form into 7-8 balls
  4. Roll in shredded coconut and serve or store in an airtight container
