Recipe type: Fresh Vegetable Based Juice
Serves: 2
  • Celery x 8 long stalks with leaves on end
  • 4 small-medium carrots (peeling optional)
  • ½ lemon peeled (leave white pith on)
  • 2 small oranges peeled (leave white pith on)
  1. Throw all ingredients in a vegetable juicer and juice.
  2. Stir the juice.
  3. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.
Options: If you don't have fructose malabsorption or any kind of fructose issue, you can add 2 apples to this juice or exchange the oranges for apples. If you don't have enough celery one day, you can exchange some of it for cucumber if need be.
