Lately, I’ve been on a juice blitz juicing everything under the sun – well almost. Actually, mostly vegetables with just a touch of fruit like this King Kale juice. Kale houses a pack of nutrients including iron, calcium, vitamin A, C and K. It taste best mixed with a variety of other ingredients. I’ve been trying to get more of it into my diet so I created King Kale to assist in this process. You don’t have to like kale to enjoy this juice -it is very easy to drink.

Ingredients
- Kale 180 grams (5 large stems with full leaves)
- Carrots x 2
- Lemon x ½
- Cucumber (large) x 1
- Celery sticks with leaves x 3 (large)
- Orange x 1
- Ginger x 1cm
Instructions
- Wash the kale, carrots, cucumber and celery.
- Peel the orange, lemon and ginger
- Push all ingredients through a juicer
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately
